INNOSON GIVES OUT BRAND NEW IVM G5 AND SALARY FOR LIFE TO A MAN WHO PROPHESIED ABOUT HIS VEHICLE MANUFACTURING IN 1979 Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries. Two   students of the Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA) drowned while taking selfies in a canoe on a river in Akure, the Ondo State capital yesterday evening. The two students whose names were given as Olabiyi Emmanuel and Olokun Babatunde were both 300-level students of the university. Olabiyi was said to be a student of the department of Agric and Environmental Engineering, while Olokun was a student of the department of Project Management Technology. President of the Students Union Government, Mr. Adeyinka Olasehinde who confirmed the incident, said the death of the two students had thrown the university into mourning. Narrating how the incident happened, Olasehinde explained that four students went to a river close to the university and took selfies in a canoe stationed on the river. The European Union (EU) Ambassador to Nigeria and ECOWAS, Mr Michel Arrion says EU will not increase its financial assistance to Nigeria. A civil servant in Kogi, Mrs Husseina Mohammed has returned the sum N1, 780,500 paid in  excess of her March salary to the coffers of the state government. She is a level seven accountant attached to the Teaching Service Commission (TSC) in Lokoja. Her monthly salary is approximately N34,000. However, one morning, while shopping, Husseina’s phone beeped, indicating a text message. Upon opening it, she saw that her salary account credited with N1, 787, 550.98k. .
